Terms of Service

  • I am allowed to decline if I think that it violates my TOS or I'm not skilled enough for the work

  • Communication through my social media platforms, Vgen, or email regarding updates or inquiry

  • I'll send Google Drive folder where you can check work in progress shots

  • Edits and adjustments are only allowed during the sketch phase

  • Commissions may take a week to a month depending on the que and the complexity of the commission

  • Payment through is done through Paypal

  • A minimum of 50% down payment of the commission is required before I start the sketch phase

  • Refunds are not allowed once it's in the line art phase

  • Finished product will be sent once fully paid

  • Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

  • After confirming the finished product with the client, I will sent the files through email. No physical product will be delivered.

  • Illustration commissions will be sent in .png format with 300 DPI

  • Animations are in will be sent in .mp4 format

  • Commissions will be posted online with watermarks
